We are Tom and Carla. We grew up in Anchorage, Alaska but have called Arizona home for over 20 years.

Grill’d was born out of Carla’s love of cooking and our desire to be a light for Christ to others. (Also maybe so we could have an excuse to daily enjoy one of the best things in life….grilled cheese!)

Grill’d serves up satisfying, soul-quenching grilled cheese sandwiches for all that are hungry for comfort.  Because after all, what is better comfort food than melty cheese on hot buttered bread?  Honestly.

We have created 2 down-home sandwiches for our main menu items, and we rotate other grilled cheese creations from time to time, always keeping at least 4 items on our menu.

And what goes better with grilled cheese than tater tots?  Yep, you can get those yummies too, extra crispy!
